ASHIATSU MASSAGE

Ashiatsu (foot pressure) is a barefoot massage technique using sweeping deep compressions to give you that “hurts so good!” feeling, but without the pain. Utilizing one or both feet simultaneously, bars

overhead are used by the therapist during the massage session for

balance and support.

Ashiatsu techniques are used to create a structural change in chronically tight muscles and soft tissues. Enjoy the benefits of increased circulation to the full body, releasing toxins at a high rate so they can be flushed from the body, elongation of the spine, improved posture while relieving chronic pain, and improved flexibility and range of motion.

30 Min $40 | 60 Min $70
